Lippiskauppa.fi is a finnish company based in Finland. Product production country varies with differents brands.
Lippiskauppa.fi uses Stripe to process payments. Info on Stripe can be found here. Stripe handles all creditcard infomation and we do not store card information ourselves.
Accepted payements via Stripe: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, SEPA, Sofort, iDeal, Giropay, Alipay, and more directly on your store with the Stripe payment gateway for WooCommerce, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, ja Microsoft Pay for mobile and desktop.

Current prices are stated in our webstore. Prices are stated in euros. Lippiskauppa.fi reserves the right to change prices. Prices include 24% VAT. When ordering from some regions VAT will be deducted on checkout.
Shipping to Finland 5,00 eur.
Shipping to Europe 10,00 eur.
Shipping to USA 15,00 eur.
Shipping to Japan 15,00 eur.

The shipping cost is per order.
We sell to Europe, USA and Japan. More regions are added uppon request.
Orders will be shipped the following working day after an order is made.
If a product is sold out, we will inform you and you may cancel the order without cost.
Reclamations and faulty products
If a wrong or faulty product is delivered the customer have to inform the seller (Lippiskauppa.fi) as soon as possible.
The product may be sent back and can be replaced with the correct product or the order can be refunded.

All products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Orders not picked up
An order not picked up is not the same as a return of product.
If a customer does not pick up the order when delivered, Lippiskauppa.fi will charge 20 eur. The payment is used for shipping the order back to us.
All returns have to be agreed on with the seller and a return notification has to be made.
